Hello everyone today I will be talking about when  I went too the my friends Luke’s house for aa sleepover

First I pack stuff for the sleepover got on my dirt and went to Luke’s house when I got there we decided to make a huge leaf pile so we could baily us alive. Luke got on the lawn mower to suck up all the leaves on the ground when we realized we could take leaves then we took turns getting coved in leaves.  After we went inside and played a little Minecraft and ate super then went back outside and play tag in till I was dark.

We went inside and played Minecraft with Luke’s friend in till around 11:00. After we set up a mattress in Luke’s room we just sat in bed till 3:00 just talking  in till we fell asleep. We woke and had French toast for breakfast. then i had to go so I pack up and left on my dirt bike.

Tips for Goalies

Hello everyone, welcome back to my blog. Today I will be giving you seven tips on how to become a better goalie in hockey.

Tip 1: When someone is coming in for a deke, watch their chest for which ever way there leaning that’s the way they will go.

Tip 2: Go to the top of your crease to make you look big so they have less area to shoot.

Tip 3: When a person shoots at you, either cover it or kick it away with your pad.

Tip 4: When someone coming in for a deke, fake them out by pretending to go to one side of the net so they go to the opposite side and then go that way.

Tip 5: Always keep your stick hard on the ice so you don’t drop all the time.

Tip 6: When you drop down and the pucks on the other side of the net dig your skate into the ice and push so you slide across the ice to the other side of the net.

Tip 7: Always stay calm, if you panic it will be easier for you to mess up.

Fishing Trip to Quesnel Lake

Welcome back to my blog, today I will be talking about when I went to Quesnel lake.

The drive was long but scenic.  After turning off the highway the road to Quesnel was a “turkey trail”. What I mean by that it is one lane gravel road which has lots of ups and downs and sharp turns.   If you don’t get car sick you will on this road.

On the first day we got their there around 4:30 and unpacked the car and brought everything inside the cabin, and so did our cousins. Then we went fishing – me, my brother Connor, and my mom, and dad went on a small fishing boat. My two other brothers and my cousins went on a pontoon. When we got out on the lake my first fish was a ok size walleye. Next I caught a small walleye and then two northern pikes. On the way back we saw a mom and a baby moose. We went back to our cabins ate hotdogs and hamburgers for supper then went to bed.

On the seconded day we ate breakfast and went out fishing. All I remember is that I caught 13 fish. We came back to our cabin around 3:00 had fish. Then half of us went out again and I caught nothing.

The next day I had to wake up at 7:00 am to go fishing. Me, my brother, my dad and my uncle were the only one who went fishing that morning and I caught 1 fish. At the end of the trip I caught 17 fish, my brother Carter caught 8 fish, my brother Calvin caught 12 fish and, my brother Connor caught 5 fish. Before we left we went to go see the little water falls there.  They are three different water falls. It was a great trip!!

What COVID 19 did to Soccer

Hi everyone, this is my first blog and I will be talking about what COVID 19 did to soccer.

The year started off with us having two Arborg teams. We weren’t allowed to go other places and play other teams. So that really sucked. During  practices and games we were not allowed to do throw ins, and we have to sanitized before and after practices, and games.  Luckily we didn’t have to wear masks.  We only had two practices, and one game before we had to shut down due to COVID 19.

In September soccer came back on I was so glad. This time we are allowed to do throw ins and we don’t have to sanitize before and after games. But the bad thing is that we don’t have many practices, and games left.
